2nd Annual Arkansas State University DAV Turkey Trot 5K

The Department of Veteran Affairs is hosting the 2nd annual DAV Turkey Trot  5K.  There’s nothing better than spending time with friends and family on Thanksgiving Day! Burn some calories with us and start a great tradition this year helping a great cause.

We are excited to be bringing the community together for a fun social event and a great cause! That this race will helps the DAV raise funds to replace our two vans.  The vans provide an essential service by providing no-cost transportation for veterans to and from VA clinics in Memphis and Little Rock.

The DAV Turkey Trot 5K will be held on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2024 at the Lieutenant Colonel Frederick C. Turner Jr. Military Science Building on the beautiful campus of Arkansas State.

Registration begins at 6:00 a.m., and the race kicks off at 7:00 a.m.
